My name is Tim Petzold.
I've been in this business for twenty years now and I absolutely love it!
I am a CERTIFIED MASTER TEXTILE CLEANER and CERTIFIED RESTORER. If you weren't aware that such designations exist, you are not alone. There are lots of carpet and rug cleaners that are not aware of it either.
I take pride in the work I do, and since all of the rug washing is performed by me, there are no quality control issues that you get from inexperienced employees.
